Fresh from styling up delicious eats around the world in some of the world’s trendiest supper clubs, Terry Edwards has built an impressive career as a talented, young chef who is known for taking classic dishes and giving them his own twist.

Terry began his career working for Paul Heathcote in Liverpool, before working for Le Gavroche in London. He then went on to Hix, where he honed his skills championing quality seasonal produce.

After the hard graft of those early years, Terry formed his own company with friend and professional musician George Craig. The duo created unforgettable pop-up events around the world, from Hoxton to the Hollywood Hills. While George served up delicious beats, Terry served up delicious portions of foodie heaven – making us all wonder why no-one ever thought of putting a fine-dining street-food stand in a nightclub before?
