Step 1

Squeeze the juice of the clementines into a pan and add the sugar, cranberries and port

Cook on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the cranberries soft and burst

Meanwhile In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs. Season to taste, and mix until well combined

Step 4

Roll the meat mixture into bite-sized meatballs. Cook over medium-high heat, and brown the meatballs on all sides and then lower the heat to medium low

Step 5

Pour the cranberry sauce over the meatballs and serve

Step 6

Add garnish and serve
